Family stay worth it
We had a great time in the spa with a big pool and a relaxing Jacuzzi. The staff were polite and friendly, like they really cared about us.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but for the quality it was still acceptable.

Relaxing spa vibes
Had a nice time with the fam in a comfy double room. The spa was the real winner – huge pool and fab saunas. Breakfast options were decent, but it took forever to get our food. Plus, being charged for tea by the pool felt a bit off. would recommend for the spa experience!

Loved the fresh milk dispenser for coffee in the hallway.

the aztec is absolutely stunning. everything was very clean, and the staff members were nice and helpful. breakfast was excellent, and we especially loved the spa facilities, which included a lovely pool and steam room. it's definitely worth the price for a couple looking for a cozy getaway.
the bed in our room did creak quite a bit, which was a bit annoying.

Had an amazing time here with my friends! The spa was great, and we loved the pool facilities—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the Bristol Activity Centre. Breakfast was top-notch, with plenty of options. Just a heads-up, the wellness area gets busy on weekends, so plan ahead!
I noticed that while everything was great, there was no safe in the room which made carrying our valuables around inconvenient.
